Valley View School is a therapeutic boarding school that blends structure and supervision with therapy and confidence-building activities. Set on 215 wooded acres, Valley View School campus includes four dorm, a gymnasium, tennis courts, a soccer field and even a climbing wall. Besides academics, the school emphasizes involvement in academics, athletics, the arts and outdoor activities. Teen boys with behavioral issues and other challenges like depression, ODD, ADHD and learning difficulties can benefit from time at Valley View School.
Licensed Faculty at School
The clinical staff at Valley View Staff includes three Ph.D’s and one medical doctor. Two staff members hold a master’s in social work. Academic staff consist of licensed teachers to ensure teen boys at Valley View School can continue to work toward graduation.
Student Faculty at School
Activities at Valley View are diverse enough to interest any kind of teen boy. Athletically, teens can participate in varsity soccer, cross country running, basketball, tennis and golf. The outdoors provides the venue for day hikes, overnight camping trips, canoeing, and backpacking. At school, students can join the drama club and participate in a range of one-act plays or large productions. School clubs include fitness clubs, culinary clubs and gardening clubs.
