Northwest Passage Child and Adolescent Center is a residential treatment center that focuses on guiding children and teens to better manage their mental and emotional issues. With a 1 to 4 direct care staff to resident ratio. Northwest Passage ensures that each child receives individual care. The program is designed to develop self esteem, boost life skills and get teens the mental health care they need.
Licensed Faculty at School
The clinical team at Northwest Passage includes medical doctors, Ph.D.s, and master’s level clinicians. The residential care team has extensive training in mental health issues. The facility has a full-time board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist available.
Student Activities Available
Activities at Northwest Passage include recreational opportunities like weight lifting, basketball, running and swimming, hiking, cross-country skiing, and camping. Quieter activities on campus include board games, video games, and movies on television. Participants also learn independent living skills like chores, laundry and cooking.
