Sorenson’s Ranch Program Overview:
High School Education Program
Academics go hand in hand with the treatment experience at Sorenson’s Ranch. A student’s academic progress is based on mastery of the material. Student’s work independently at their own speed. Sorenson’s Ranch believes that poor performance in school is a symptom of other issues such as low self-esteem, depression, Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADHD, substance abuse, and family conflicts. Does HelpYourTeenNow Recommend Sorenson’s Ranch?
100%! Sorenson’s Ranch has figured out how to run a coed program successfully, almost
unheard of in the industry. By integrating a “ranch” aspect to therapy, clients not only gain self-
confidence, but they also learn how to problem solve and not quit when situations get hard.
Sorenson’s is top notch with students with trauma, anxiety, depression, and those that struggle
with adoptions issues. The equine therapy piece is able to change the lives of young men and
young women who have failed in prior treatment modalities … it just works. You won’t find a
program that is more well-rounded that Sorenson’s.
