Teens suffering from moderate to severe anxiety issues can find help at Mountain Valley Treatment Center. Located in a rural setting, Mountain Valley teaches teens the coping skills they need to thrive in more traditional settings. Anxiety is the underlying issue for many destructive behaviors such as depression, social avoidance, frustration, conflict, perfectionism, low self esteem and poor sleep. With a blend of physical activities, professional therapy and academic help, Mountain Valley provides teens with a low stress atmosphere so they can work toward resolving their issues.
